in malayalam we say you are changing the "kaalam", i mean the exercise helps you understand kaalam better which makes these kinda rhythm

I just tried jamming with your 3 notes per string pattern. I have fairly small hands and tend to avoid 3NPS because it's often too much of a stretch for me, and I never really got fluent with it. I found an interesting thing though... you can add some nice tension by missing out the middle note on each string and moving up and down the pattern on the high and low notes. You wouldn't want to play a whole solo that way, but it freshens things up for a few bars...

A bunch of us agree that there's nothing in the world teaching in your style no one goes from a standardized Melody to the song you're amazing

When trying to line it up to a 32nd note grid, yeah. 200 years ago they’d just have a little Italian word over that section. What I really want to know is why they don’t play the delicious quarter note triplet part on Sad But True when they play live. Without that tension, the song dies.

Currently reading Plato's republic and the two musical modes (Book III, 399a) he says that are for the brave guardians of the city can only listen to music in the Phrygian and Dorian modes. something you can do instead of the 4/4 9/8 thing which will keep your DAW organised is to automate the BPM to slow down a bit on the last bar, this also means you can get more unpredictable and organic wonky grooves

SMS honestly this lesson is the most important and best music theory lesson on RUclips..... When you start making the transition from beginner to mediocre player you understand the concept but when you go from mediocre to a little advance you really start to see the relationship. Great video... I suggest you watch this video everyday for about a month if you're a newbie. It will pay off in the next few months of your playing journey.

I actually use this trick with my own riffs, specifically creating mock-ups of riffs on FL Studio, then adding in or cropping out specific 32nd notes on what would otherwise be solid 8th notes in order to create an off-kilter effect, almost like the song is intentionally off-tempo. This is especially effective for metal.
